
Our Concept
With more than 25 years of collective experience in hospitality Colleen Carter and Claudio Crupi partnered in this new adventure of happiness and joy through gelato. Both close to Italian culture, lifestyle and good – Claudio by birth and Colleen by choice – they were inspired by modern Italian gelaterie to create joyful memories between family, friends and gelato. Simple, fun… delicious!
Gelato brings us back to sunsets in Sicily and walks along the river in Florence it is like once scoop – or two – of happy memories! That’s the experience want for our happy customers.

What we do
We are a gelato lab that evoke happiness one scoop at a time. Using the best local produce, we create innovative flavours that appeal to all different palates following the Swedish philosophy of balance of ‘Lagom’.
For those who want to go the extra mile, we also offer classic Cannoli, delicious milkshakes and beautiful ice cream cakes suitable for any occasion. There’s plenty of options, know that we have got your back!
How we do it
We are committed to create balanced and innovative flavours that cater to all dietary requirements, using the best quality ingredients and supporting local farmers and producers.
Our gelato team work hard every day to create and deliver new flavours that are attractive as well as out-of-the-box! We believe our specialty is in the details.
And just as the word ‘Lagom’ defines it… Not too rich (too much), not too bland (too little), just right!
